3. Past Performance Is Not Predictive

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Even if:

You have been profitable in the past
Your strategy was successful historically
Your analytics show positive expectancy
You passed a funded-trader evaluation

...there is no guarantee that you will be profitable in the future.

Describe recorded history, not causal relationships
Do not guarantee future session performance

4. Funded-Trader Programs and Evaluations

4.1 No Guarantee of Funding

If you use MastiffMode while evaluating for a funded-trader program:

Completing MastiffMode Academy does NOT guarantee you will be approved for funded capital
Passing a trading combine or evaluation does NOT guarantee funded capital will remain available
Funded-trader programs have specific rules, margin requirements, and trading restrictions that differ from real accounts
Each funded program has its own risk controls and may liquidate positions differently

4.2 Funded Program Risks

Funded-trader evaluations typically require:

Trading on a simulated or audited real account
Following strict drawdown limits
Minimum profitability targets
Daily or monthly performance rules

If you fail an evaluation:

Your capital may be lost or your account closed
You may be banned from future evaluations
There is no guarantee of a refund or re-attempt
Future funded opportunities may not exist

Your mentor may not:

Direct you to take or avoid specific trades
Guarantee profitability
Assume responsibility for your outcomes

6. Psychology and Behavior

If you use MastiffMode's psychology features to record emotional state or behavioral reflection:

These records are for trader self-awareness and development only
They are not medical records and do not constitute mental-health treatment
MastiffMode is not a mental-health provider and cannot diagnose or treat mental-health conditions
If you are experiencing mental-health distress, please consult a qualified mental-health professional

6.2 Emotional Risk in Trading

Trading can be emotionally and psychologically challenging. Risks include:

Burnout from sustained losses
Tilt or emotional trading after losses
Overconfidence after wins
Isolation or social stress
Addiction-like behaviors around trading activity

7. Analytics and Statistics

7.1 What Analytics Describe

MastiffMode analytics describe your recorded trading history, including:

Win rate (% of profitable trades)
Expectancy (average risk-reward ratio)
Profit factor (total wins / total losses)
Streaks (consecutive wins or losses)
Session performance (results by time of day)
Pair-specific performance
Risk-reward ratios per trade

These are descriptive statistics of past performance.

7.2 What Analytics Do NOT Describe

MastiffMode analytics do not:

Predict future performance
Guarantee that past patterns will continue
Indicate whether your strategy will work in different market conditions
Account for structural market changes
Predict whether a funded-trader program will succeed
Guarantee profitability

7.3 Use Analytics Carefully

Avoid:

MastiffMode relies on internet, hosting providers, and third-party services. Outages can occur. During an outage:

You may not be able to access your records or journal
You may not be able to view mentor feedback
Your Academy progress may not sync
You may not be able to upload screenshots or evidence

MastiffMode is not responsible for outages or losses resulting from technical failures.

9.2 Data Loss

Although we implement backups and security measures, data loss is possible from:

Hardware failure
Cyberattack or breach

Human error

MastiffMode is not liable for data loss, even with backups in place.

Your actual profit after all costs and taxes may be significantly lower than MastiffMode analytics suggest.

You may not be able to trade certain instruments in your jurisdiction, including:

Cryptocurrency exchanges (banned or restricted in some jurisdictions)

Your sole recourse for any claim against MastiffMode is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
