Public website and waitlist
The public waitlist is designed to collect only an email address, an optional first name, and whether the visitor is interested as a trader, mentor, or both. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or grant product access. Until the controlled storage migration is activated, enrollment fails closed and no submission is stored.
Analytics
PostHog analytics and session recording are not active during Founder Launch.
Private workspace
Existing authenticated product data remains within the private application and its established Supabase services. Public account creation and cross-user mentor access are disabled for this launch.
Not a final legal policy
This is an interim product-status notice, not a substitute for a legally reviewed privacy policy. The final policy must describe retention, deletion, data rights, subprocessors, and customer-facing privacy controls before public beta.
